The PBIM utilizes a participatory governance model for operational planning and resource allocation that integrates the four key elements of the strategic planning cycle district-wide:

  • Planning
  • Budgeting
  • Resource allocation
  • Evaluation

PBIM relies upon its strategic planning processes as the foundation for integrating planning and budgeting. Strategic planning includes the District Strategic Plan and planning for Education Services, Facilities, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enrollment Management, and Fiscal Resources.
